Food Vendor Application
Please fill
out the following application.
You will be contacted by promoters with details on submitting additional
required information.
Please Note: All areas are required to be filled in to submit form.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING
REQUIRED PROCEDURES

Inspection of Equipment: The
equipment used shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner and
shall be subject to the inspection of the health officer or his/her
authorized agent.

Participation Fee: All food
vendors agree to pay $150.00 to participate in this event. Make
checks payable to BCTA, and enclose with application.

Note: We the event sponsor,
reserve the right to limit number of food vendors and products offered (to
avoid duplication).

Beverages are permitted (iced
tea, lemonade, soda, water, coffee). However, we recommend a retail
price of between $1-$2.

Electrical use is not a
guarantee (and very limited). Additional fee will be charged (call
for details).

All booth space will be
pre-assigned.

Booth: No more than four (4)
adults per booth (any additional will cost $25 per person). No
exceptions!

Vehicle: One (1) vehicle pass.
No exceptions!
By submitting this form you
agree to the terms listed above and set forth by the BCTA and wish to
apply for acceptance as a food vendor.
