Vendor Application

Please fill out the following application. 
You will be contacted by promoters with details on submitting additional required information.
Please Note: All areas are required to be filled in to submit form. 

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED PROCEDURES

Fee: $50 per booth space.  Two (2) adults per vendor (any additional will be charged $25 per person).  Vendor must provide own tables and chairs.

Set Up: 8am - 10am ONLY!  Friday set up by prior arrangements.

Vehicle will be permitted to park near vendor spot.

The committee reserves the right to reject any application.

By submitting this form you agree to the terms listed above and set forth by the BCTA and wish to apply for acceptance as a vendor.
